SES provides Corporations and Businesses with marketing, consultations, and customer retention management services for our nationwide and international clients.  Using our proven direct approach methods, we will effectively reach and influence our clients target market through our in-person consultations.  This allows our Business Account Managers to personally demonstrate the benefits of our client’s product & services portfolios.  The main goal for our Business Account Managers is to be collaborating and playing an active role in our client’s business customers current and future needs.

BUSINESS Account Manager

OUR CLIENTS CONTRACT US TO:

  • Be Brand Ambassadors
  • Increase Market Share (Business & Corporate footprint)
  • New customer acquisition of commercial accounts for our clients
  • Implement Corporate & Business campaigns from conceptualization through to analysis, including idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing sales processes and execution
  • Develop relationships with individual business and the community, and position our clients brands as key components of the company’s strategies
  • Reach revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets
  • Analyze market research trends and use to design and implement future campaigns

SES WILL PROVIDE OUR BUSINESS Account Managers:

  • Provide full, hands-on training on Business & Corporate presentations
  • In depth and ongoing training on the full range of our client’s product portfolios
  • Teach a variety of Marketing Techniques: negotiating, cost analysis, persuasiveness, follow-up skills
  • Campaign Management support for all of our clients
  • Corporate Training Program that will allow a diverse range of personalities and skill sets to be properly trained and supported
  • Self-Management and Leadership courses that will allow our team members to take their careers off auto-pilot

BUSINESS Account managers WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Tailor made consultations for Corporations & Businesses in every type of industry
  • Listening and effectively responding to client’s challenges in this customer-facing role
  • Create and implement right bundle of products and services to help each unique customer
  • Generating new sales leads largely in person with some communications over the phone
  • Territory Development to hit budget and growth projections
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of our clients brands
  • Remain knowledgeable of our client’s products and services to facilitate market growth
  • Retain our client’s customer base by delivering on our companies’ credo, ensuring a superior customer experience
  • Maintains and builds customer relationship to drive customer retention
  • Customer service levels needs to meet and exceed our client’s customer’s expectation through strong customer services consultations with excellent follow up skills
  • Adherence to all company standards and business professionalism
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
